Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD MARTIN RUMPEL December 21, 1931 - April 10, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard on April 10, 2008 at home. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Geraldine of 56 years and his five children, Nancy Robertson (Fred), Judy Kalogie (Richard), Donna Savage (Carl), Theresa Andrews (Dave) and son Brad (Shannon). He is also survived by his sister Diane Orris (Lloyd) of Edmonton and 11 grandchildren. Leonard worked for the C.N. at the Transcona shops for 40 years, retiring in 1990. Along with spending many hours with his grandchildren. He enjoyed many years at West Hawk Lake, hunting with his pals, playing badminton and bowling with the seniors at the St. Vital Bowl. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2008 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint).
