Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLLOYD BERNARD LANG July 14, 1937 April 9, 2008 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Lloyd Bernard Lang at the age of 70 on April 9, 2008. Lloyd will be missed by his wife Pauline, daughter Linda (Alvin), his sons Rodney, Bradley, Bob, Gordon (Belinda) and Scott. Lloyd is survived by his mother Agnes, brother Lyle (Leslie) and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Also by his grandchildren Crystal, Shawn, Jessica, Mikki, Tammy, Aaron (Justine) and Summer. Great-grandchildren Katie, Taylor, Joshua, Amileah, Taiya, Alyssa, Dayton and Max. Lloyd was predeceased by his father Jack, brothers Jackie and Stewart and sister Diane. Lloyd, born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan in 1937, was raised on the family farm and attended Pebble Lake School. He left the farm in his teens and eventually settled in Winnipeg where he worked as a truck driver at various businesses, he retired from Harcros/Van Waters Rogers. In his retirement, Lloyd enjoyed cutting his grass, time at the casino and spoiling and teasing his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lloyd always enjoyed a good game of cards with his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 18, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler. A reception will follow.
