Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHELE MINENNA Peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2008 in Vernon, B.C. Michelle Minenna, beloved husband of Giovanna passed away at the age of 69 years. Michele and Giovanna immigrated to Canada from Bari, Italy in 1967. Together, they worked hard to build a life for their family. He was in the restaurant business, the owner of Costello's, Partner's Deli and a grocery store in Winnipeg and Mrs. Vanelli's restaurant in Calgary. He retired in 2000, and moved to Vernon, B.C. in 2005. He was a very sociable and the life of any gathering he attended. Michele leaves to cherish his memory his wife Giovanna of 51 years, children Nicola (Maria), Maria and Ralph; grandchildren Gianna, Michael, Adrianna, Romello and Gabriella and many nieces and nephews in Italy, Canada and Australia. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Nicola. A memorial Mass will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 16 at Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Avenue.
