Rosella was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, marrying her October Man on October 2, 1948. Together they raised their four children, first on Peonan Point where they ranched and fished and then at Steep Rock. They retired to Victoria, B.C. for three years and then returned to Manitoba to farm in 1969, settling at Komarno where they farmed and finally retired four years ago. Mom was not only a very capable mother and grandmother, she was a Jill of all trades , from ceramics, hook rugs and paper tolling to carpentry (building the stairs in their house) and fixing anything in the house with silicon or duct tape, and mending scraped knees and bruised hearts with a hug. Viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment and a short graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Faulkner Cemetery, Faulkner, MB.
