ELLA GOULD February 29, 1916 - April 16, 2008 Our beloved mother and grandmother and sister Ella passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 16, 2008 at the River View Health Centre at the age of 92 years. Ella was predeceased by her husband Orral; her father and mother John and Sarah Reid; brothers, Jack, Nigel, Allan, Jerry; sisters, Gladys, Elsie, Isabel . Left to cherish her beautiful memory are her children, Joann (Glenn), Gerry (Linda), Ken (Elaine), Brian (Christa), Donna from Toronto, Margaret from Regina; her two brothers, Simon and Ray; sisters Mayme and Margaret. Eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Ella loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved the outdoors. Ella had a great sense of humour, her favourite saying was shake the hand that shook the world . She had many other witty sayings that made everyone smile. She was well loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff on 3D and 2A at Riverview Health Centre for all their patience and compassion for Ella over the last three and a half years. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2008 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Vital Cemetery.
