She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 1, 1916 to Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Andrews and was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Valere C. Soubry and her brother A. John Andrews. Surviving are two daughters Gayle Read (Mrs. H. William) of Phoenix, Arizona and Lynn Milloy of North Hollywood, California; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
