JIM WOODMAN In Loving Memory June 15, 1952 - April 22, 2004 Heroes ask for no reward or fanfare. They bring their gifts because they have a higher calling, a sense of purpose from above. Some heroes wear uniforms (you proudly wore #962), some do not. But the armour each of them wears is built of integrity, mercy and love. The power of such a shield can never be pierced or broken. Darling, you were our hero who warmed the cold, soothed the hurt and fed our souls because you loved us and cared for us. You inspired us and helped us see who we were and who we could become. You are the whisper in the wind ... the sunshine in our hair ... always feeling the love we share. We continue to miss you with all our hearts and souls. With deepest love forever ... Deb, Vanessa, James and Cole . In honour of those who have come before us, may we always reach out to those in need, and may the circle of life inspire us to give back for all that we’ve been given. In Jim’s memory, remember to say “I Love You” and hug your loved ones! Faith, hope and love ... but the greatest of these is love ... Miss you Pops ... we will have to have a game of poker in Heaven! Love Cole. As time goes by, our hearts still ache. When does it end, cause we just can’t wait. We miss you so much, our hearts are broken. It feels like a bad dream, like someone is joking. You watch over all of us, day in and day out. Mostly on days when we just want to shout. Thank you for being our rock in so many ways. It gives us the strength we need today. Love always, Vanessa.
