GRANT WILDE December 28, 1944 - April 17, 2008 Peacefully, on Thursday, April 17, 2008, Grant Wilde passed away at Oakview Place, at the age of 63 years. Grant is survived by his first wife Patricia Chymy and his daughters Katherine Pierre, with grandchildren Elise, Aaron and Patricia,: Dawn Wilde, with Christopher and Collin. His second wife Brenda and son John. Grant worked for Inland Cement. For many years Grant was a farmer in Brunkild. He liked to travel and had gone to the Caribbean. He liked to listen to Olde Tyme Hymes, and he liked to play the accordion. He liked to collect stamps. Sincere thanks to everyone at Extendicare/ Oakview Place for your kindness, compassion and great care and attention given to Grant over the past two years. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, at Oakview Place, 2395 Ness Avenue, at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Grant's Memory to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6 or to a charity of your choice.
