OLGA CIMARNO (nee MAKOWSKY) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Olga Cimarno on April 20, 2008 at Victoria Hospital at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish her memory are Daughter Michele Thomas (Doug), Sister Lena Shepit, Brother Mike Makowsky (Olga), five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Olga is predeceased by Son Richard, Mother Mary, Father Ivan, Sister Nettie and Brother Bill. Olga was born and raised in Sundown, MB. Prayers will be said 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, also at Green Acres Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Nicholas Thomas, Mike Santos, Mark Daniels, Ivan Winnicky, Dan Shepit and Terry Winnicky. In lieu of flowers, donations in Olga's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Rm. ON1160, Winnipeg, R3E 0V9.
