Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA ROGALSKY (nee JANZEN) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Anna Rogalsky of Calgary, Alberta on April 19, 2008 at the age of 95 years. Anna Rogalsky was born January 27, 1913 in Georgsthal, Russia and immigrated to Canada in 1926 where her family settled in Grunthal, Manitoba. Anna later went to Winnipeg to work at an early age where she met her husband Paul. In 1941 Anna married Paul Rogalsky and they both farmed near Domain, Manitoba for 33 years. In 1974 they retired in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Anna was a hard working virtuous woman who received great joy from the acts of service she could do for her family and others. Her humble and loving character transformed the lives of all who crossed her path. She enjoyed a close relationship with the Lord all the days of her life. We are all blessed for having shared our lives with her and will miss her greatly. Anna was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1985 and her son Herman in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Marion Doerksen, (foster sons) Brian and Hugh Gillanders; and grandchildren Lorne Boisclair (Sandy), Cindy Mordan, Charlene Zawasky, Tracy Prokopetz (Mike) Greg Doerksen (Jodie), Kevin Steinke (Chris), and Miranda (Rob). She is also survived by great-grandchildren Natasha and Bryan Morden, Matthew and Megan Zawasky, Jazmin Boisclair, Jordan and Blake Prokopetz, Noah and Faith Doerksen and Corbin and Kaylin Steinke, and by her brothers Jake, Pete, and Isaac Janzen. God's Garden God looked around his garden and found an empty place. Then he looked down upon this earth, and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering; he knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids, and whispered Peace Be Thine It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. For part of us went with you, the day you were called home. A celebration of Anna's life will be held on Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 p.m. at the Salem Mennonite Brethren Church, 691 Alexander Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 775-2220.
