ARTHUR CLAY Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, Dad passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 83 years. Dad immigrated to Canada and worked as a Transformer Winder for Pioneer Electric. Later on he would build and then operate the Springfield Motel until his retirement. Dad was predeceased by his parents, George and Mabel Clay; his first and second wives, Marian and Jean; his brothers, Jim and George; his sisters, Nellie and Jean. He leaves to mourn his passing his son, George (Karron) and grandson, Michael; two sisters in England, Rosa and her family, and Queenie (Ray) and their family. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Concordia Hospital for their loving care and support. A private family service will be held in Green Acres Cemetery.
