PATRICIA ROSE MARIE HIEBERT (nee YAKELASCHEK) 1936 - 2008 On Monday, April 21, 2008, at Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg, MB, Pat Hiebert, aged 72 years, formerly of Minitonas, MB, passed into the realm of spirit. Pat was Winnipeg's first female singing bass guitar player and played professionally for nearly 40 years. She leaves to mourn her passing one daughter, Rhonda Hiebert of Winnipeg; two sons, Rik Hiebert of Winnipeg and Randy Hiebert of Nashville, TN; their father, John and Fran Hiebert as well as one granddaughter, Lisa and Derek McClusky of Headingley and one great-grandson, Eric James McClusky. She is survived by her mother, Joan (nee Baschak) Yakelaschek of Swan River; one sister, Agnes Petelski of Swan River; four brothers, Florian Yakelaschek of Minitonas, Phil Yakelaschek of Alberta, Frank Yakelaschek of Alberta and Larry Westwood of Toronto, ON. She was predeceased by her father, Stanley Yakelaschek in 2000, Agnes' twin brother, Adolf John (1937) and triplet siblings in 1940. Cremation has taken place. Memorial luncheon for close friends and family will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. at 101 Marion St. in Winnipeg.
