PATRICIA CARTER October 27, 1938 April 24, 2008 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loving daughter, wife and mother, Patricia Gail Carter (nee Frovich) at Concordia Hospital on April 24, 2008. Pat leaves behind her mother Stella Frovich; husband Robert, of 54 years; daughter Debra (Phillip); son Robert (Kathy); grandchildren, Justin and Jillian, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Paul in 1981. Pat was born and raised in the Elmwood area. She married Bob in 1954 and made their home in East Kildonan, Ste. Annes, Manitoba, and finally, Transcona. Her passions were her home and family, curling, Bingo and knitting. Mom put all her love into each stitch of every sweater and afghan she knit for her family and friends. Following family wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of her life at 351 Melbourne Avenue from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008. She would have enjoyed this time together.
