PETER KRAYNYK 1929 -2008 Peacefully on April 28, 2008 Peter passed away at the age of 79 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of 51 years, Elsie; his daughter, Valerie (Hans) Thiessen; son Bernie (Eleanore) Kraynyk and daughter Koreen (Myles) Kraynyk-MacMillan; his lucky seven grandchildren Ken, Dan, Amber Thiessen; Brett and Kourtney Kraynyk; Joseph and Katlyn MacMillan. Peter was born on February 10, 1929 in a small rural town Arbakka, Manitoba where he spent his early years farming. In 1956 he married the love of his life, Elsie and shortly after they moved to Winnipeg. Peter loved working with his hands so that no jobs he took on were ever too difficult. It soon became apparent that Peter was a Jack-of-all-trades. Over the years he loved various hobbies/activities that allowed him to live life to the fullest and fill his house with love and laughter. The family appreciates the support and well wishes from friends and in keeping with Peter's wishes a private family service will be held on May 3, 2008 in his memory.
