I was privileged to have Mr. Dougall as a teacher early in his teaching career at Hapnot Collegiate in Flin Flon, Manitoba. When I look back at my high school years, his teaching stands out as memorable. I later went on to become a teacher myself, and therefore can even more appreciate the outstanding job he did in the classroom. - Posted by: Donna Fardoe Phillips (Past student) on: Mar 09, 2012
