Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE VERMETTE On May 3, 2008 George Vermette passed away peacefully in the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 77. George was born on December 11, 1930 in St. Jean Baptiste, Manitoba. He was predeceased by his parents: Ada (1985) (Clément) and Polydore Vermette (1982). Left to mourn and miss him are his brother Arcade and wife Thérèse; his three sisters, Lilliane Tellier, Dorothée Parent, Laurette Wasylynko and numerous nieces and nephews. George was a hard-worker, employed most of his life at Canadian Tool and Die Ltd., and he was a caring and generous person. He was a faithful, religious man with a big heart and donated to numerous charitable organizations. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Vital Roman Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Highway, in Fort Garry, with Father P. Morand presiding, at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Interment will follow at the St. Vital Catholic Church Cemetery. May he rest in the love and peace of the Lord. Que son âme repose en paix. DESJARDINS 233-4949 1-888-233-4949
