MANUEL PATRICIO BAILON Peacefully on May 5, 2008, with his family by his side, Manuel Patricio Bailon passed away at the age of 86. He leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Trinidad; his children, Jose (Lolita), Remy (Ben), Erlinda (Miliano), Brenda (Ivor), Arthur (Sylvia), Lourdes (Eddy), Sion (Pering), Pablo (Zenaida) and Marieta; his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews both here in Canada, the United States and in the Philippines. He is survived by his brother Jose and two sisters, Teodora and Benjamina. Manuel Patricio was born in Baguinay, Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. He immigrated to Canada in 1981. He was a man of few words, whose smile and laughter will never be forgotten. We would like to express our gratitude to all those who cared for him. The doctors and staff at GD4, CancerCare Manitoba, his palliative nurse MaryAnn and the various nurses who visited him. As well, as his homecare workers Romeo and Ryan. We would also like to extend our thanks to Beth and Gloria who came to provide their help and support to us always when he was at home. Tatay, we will miss your smile and all the fond memories we shared with you! We love you!
