MABEL ELMA KILGOUR April 12, 1914 - May 8, 2008 Peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2008 Elma passed away at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 94 with her family by her side. Elma will be sadly missed by her sons Douglas and David (Darlene); grandchildren, Jo-Anne (Acacio) and James (Eriko); great-grandchildren, Justin, Riley and Keijiro, and by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Mom had a wonderful life and enjoyed life to the fullest. She always made everyone feel special. Mom worked for many years in Real Estate. For much of that time she worked for her father C.E. Simonite. She loved her many animals, gardening, playing bingo and an active social life. Her family was a very special part of her life. Special thanks to Bev and Gloria for attending to her needs with loving care. Thanks to Dr. Craig Hildahl for his years of compassion and care, and to the doctors and very special nurses at Victoria Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elma's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, 603 Wellington Cres. Mom will be sadly missed, but she will remain in our hearts forever. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
