KRISTINE BRAZIER Kristine Gudrun Brazier passed away on May 9, 2008 at the age of 95 years after a long and happy life. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years Lloyd Bus Brazier and by her beloved siblings Inga, Eggert, Helga, Lilja and Lara who were her truest friends. Kristine had her own hairdressing shop, loved sewing and playing the piano. She was very proud of her Icelandic heritage and was devoted to her family. Kristine and Bus lived in Long Beach, CA before making a home in St. James where they lived for many years finally building their dream home at the beach in Belair where they enjoyed a second honeymoon in their retirement. More recently she enjoyed her friends at the Betelstadur. Kristine is survived by her daughters Kristine (Myron Kubay) and Karen (Pat Dohie), and her son George, and by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren Dawn (Brian), Andrew, Mark and Emma Ridd; Ellen (Michael), Lauren Pruden; Joel Kubay; Sandra (Ken) Alexander and Mark Groen, Lori Erstelle; Marlo (Richard) Moyer; Neil (Krista), George Jr., and Shaylynn Brazier. The memorial service will be held on June 17, 2008 at St. John's Cathedral, 135 Anderson Ave. at 11:00 a.m. with the interment to follow.
