SIXTO MOJICA October 10, 1928 May 18, 2008 Peacefully on May 18, 2008 with his family by his side, our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Sixto leaves to mourn and cherish his memories his loving wife Amparo, children in Canada Efren (Susan), Thelma (Cha), Alex (Maria); and in the Philippines Jim, Edith (Henry), Edna (Boy), Ed (Aida) and grand-children Carzon, Chiqui, Dale, Amvher, Edelle, Larrys, Ace, Leana, Angelic, Alec and Chantelle. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers, sisters and in-laws in the Philippines, and nieces and nephews and lots of friends here in Canada and the Philippines. Tatay loved to go fishing and biking with his friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Dialysis Unit of St. Boniface and Seven Oaks Hospitals and to the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital (3rd Floor - Units 2 and 5) and St. Boniface CICU. The family would also like to thank the many relatives and friends for their unending care and support. Viewing Lamay will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1161C Fife and Church. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church at the corner at Mountain and Andrews. Interment will take place in the Philippines.
