BENJAMIN SCHROEDER Peacefully, on April 15, 2008, at the Humber River Regional Hospital, at the age of 95. Longtime resident of Toronto and previously of Winnipeg. Predeceased by his parents William and Caroline; brothers Ted, George, and Arthur; and sisters Martha, Holdina, Emily, Lillian and Margaret. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and relatives in Toronto, Manitoba, and Wisconsin. Benjamin served overseas in Brussels and Holland with the Canadian Army in the Second World War. Special thanks to Lisa Mudie and the staff at the Richview Residence for their care and support. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the NEWEDUK FUNERAL HOME MISSISSAUGA CHAPEL , 1981 Dundas St., W., (1 block east of Erin Mills Pkwy.) for a Memorial Service on Saturday, May 24, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. There will be a Graveside Service in Winnipeg, at Brookside Cemetery, at a later date.
