I knew Marion when I was a young fencer at a club in Camp Hill, Brisbane. I am so saddened to hear of her passing, for she was always a friendly and helpful and lovely person, so kind and giving and full of life. - Posted by: Ross Eddington (Former Club Member) on: May 31, 2017

Marion was a fantastic woman. I had the pleasure of her company for 20 odd years. I have always missed her and now more than ever. I had a good life with her while we were married, she was a good woman and I probably didn't deserve her. She will be missed by all who knew her. - Posted by: Daniel Bickell (Friend) on: Dec 16, 2008
