ELSIE VICTORIA KITCHING (nee LASKO) Elsie passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2008 with family at her side at the St. Boniface General Hospital at the age of 73 years. Elsie leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory her children Clifford, Wendy (Don), Greg (Norma), Deborah and Jodi (Ted). She is also survived by her grandchildren Paul, Collin, Matthew, Heather, Meghan, Forrest, Ben, Brook, and T.J.; her sister Ethel Sauvé and brother, Mike Lasko. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Martha. All her life Elsie, who was affectionately known as Ba Ba , raised children and made this world a great place to live. Everyone who knew her was touched by her good heart and friendly way. She taught us all to be caring and loving children. We miss you Mom and love you. Sleep in heavenly peace. A Celebration of Elsie's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26, 2008 at Green Acres Funeral Home. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Pembina Personal Care Home and the Emergency staff at St. Boniface Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mom's name to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
