WILLIAM L. MOTT November 14, 1926 - May 22, 2008 Suddenly Bill Mott of Gunton, MB passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce and his four children, Barb (Ken), Bill (Lori), Bev (Pete), Jim (Michelle); eight grandchildren, Tim (Andrea), Brandi (Kyle), Lindsay (Chad), Tiffany, Michael, Christopher, Logan and Rylan; great grandchildren Justin, Tyler, Madison and Carter; two sisters Betty and Shirley (Robert); Joyce's family whom he was very close to, Jim and Marilyn, Margaret, Pat and Tom, Beverley and Wayne, Linda and Bill and his father-in-law Harvey. He was predeceased by his parents, John (Jack) and Beatrice and his brother Roy, also his mother-in-law Kathleen and brothers-in-law Alvin and Ron. Bill was born and raised in St. James then moved to Prince George, B.C. for several years where he worked in lumber mills. He returned to Manitoba, got married in 1960 and has lived in the Gunton area for over 40 years. He worked at various jobs including window installer, fuel truck driver and for Winnipeg Transit. He enjoyed doing things with the grandchildren and being on the farm with his cattle. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 27 at 11:00 a.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital.
