Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACOB (JAKE) ENS 1953 - 2008 Suddenly on Sunday, June 1, 2008, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Jake Ens aged 54 years of Morden, MB went to his eternal rest. Jake was a Christmas present to his family, born on December 23, 1953 to Waldemar and Anna (nee Dyck) Ens in Winkler, MB. He was raised in Morden where he was married to Barbara Dyck on September 29, 1973 at the Bergthaler Church. Jake had many hobbies throughout his life, including motorcycling, golfing, parasailing, bowling, yardwork, camping, horseback riding, jogging, biking and going for car rides. Jake loved crunching numbers. His life-long career was as an accountant. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife, Barb (nee Dyck) of Morden; one son, Steve Ens of Winnipeg and his fiancé, Stacey Misko; grandchildren Alyssa and Kyran. He is also survived by one sister, Anita and Ed Klassen of Winkler; two brothers, Wally Ens, Erv and Dorothy Ens both of Morden; parents-in-law, Jake and Margaret Dyck of Morden; sister-in-law, Chris Dyck of Winnipeg; brother-in-law, John and Bev Dyck of Wisconsin and their families. Jake will be reunited in Heaven with his parents, Waldemar and Anna Ens; brother, Henry Ens; granddaughter, Chiara Ens and brother-in-law, Harold Dyck. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Morden Mennonite Church 363 Gilmour St. with John Klassen and John Dyck officiating. Ash interment will be at Chapel Cemetery Columbarium.
