• It's January 14, 2012. This day has always held special memories. Not because it was the birthday of my best friend in radio broadcasting but because for some reason known only to God Curtis and I would run into each other for several years after we both graduated radio broadcasting. We would lose touch and then we'd jump back in to each other's lives on that day. And we'd only reconnect just on that day. He'd had such a huge impact on my life. He was the first person who talked to me about Jesus and it was that initial spark that would lead me to commit my life to Jesus. Hearing about his passing was devastating and it took several conversations with a few different church leaders to convince me that he was forgiven by God and now at home. It's been 5 years since his passing. And I no longer miss as I did in the early days. The memory of radio broadcasting will stay with me for the rest of my days. He was a really great friend and I loved him very much. He was caring, friendly, funny and above all, loving.
