NELLIE BUDOLOWSKI (nee HRECHKA) May 10, 1923 June 9, 2008 It is with great sadness that the family of Nellie Budolowski announces her passing at Virden, Manitoba on June 9, 2008 at the age of 85 years. She is sadly missed by her husband of 58 years, Peter, her children Dianne (John), Marianne (Bob) and Linda (Howard) and grandchildren Selene, Keith, Neil (Marcie), Carla (Les), Todd, Andrew, Philip and Lindsay. Nellie is also survived by two sisters, Margie and Mary. Nellie was a loving wife, mother and grandma. Nothing gave her as much joy as giving to her family through her abundant traditional Ukrainian feasts or her lovingly hand stitched keepsake quilts. Her love of flowers has been passed on to her children and grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Virden at 11:00 a.m. on Friday; June 13, 2008 with Fr. Darius Biliran and Deacon Wilfrid Barré officiating. Interment will follow in Virden Cemetery. If friend so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Nellie.
