MICHAEL MAURICE BRUYERE 1940 - 2008 On Wednesday, June 18, 2008 Michael Bruyere aged 68 years passed away suddenly. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Nancy Bruyere, children Michael Jr. (Ruby), Arlene (Gordon), Kimberly, Patricia, Maurice (Gisselle), Arthur, Jeffrey, Samantha as well as 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Janet, sisters-in-law Virginia, Helen, Margaret and Lillian as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Margaret Bruyere, son Freeman Swan, brothers Sam, Louie, Edwin, Gilbert and Ralph Sr. and his sisters Florence and Gabrielle. The family would like to thank Fredricka and Home Care as well as the George M. Guimond Care Home for their gracious support while he needed their help through his sickness. Wake services will be held beginning Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, Ft. Alexander, Manitoba. Funeral services will also be held from the Church on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adolf Toews, Brian Bruyere, Ralph Bruyere, Randy Bruyere, Randall Yackel Jr., James Bruyere. Honourary Pallbearers will be Joy, Charley, Chancey, Ocean, Levi, Joseph, Hannah, Diamond, David, Devon, Michael, Jeremey, Dalton and all of his grandchildren.
