FRANK JOHN YAROMY With his loving family by his side, Frank John Yaromy, beloved husband of Marion, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 80 years. Frank is predeceased by his sister Carole and brother Joe. He will be fondly remembered by his wife Marion (nee Seddon); daughter Linda; son Doug; sisters, Helen and Mary of Winnipeg, Rose (Jack), and Anne (Dick) of BC; brother Stan (Dorothy) of ON, as well as many extended family members and friends. Frank was born January 22, 1928 in Brandon, Manitoba, residing there until 1961, then moving to Winnipeg. Frank and Marion were wed in Brandon in 1955, welcoming the birth of their first child Linda in 1957. In 1962 Frank and Marion's family became complete with the birth of their second child Doug. Frank worked for the Canadian Pacific Railway as a painter between 1944 - 1959, and at CPR's Calling Bureau from 1960 until his retirement in 1986. His passions included caring for his manicured lawn and working on home handyman projects around his own home as well as for family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital emergency department and on 5E for their care and compassion of Frank. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Frank to CancerCare Manitoba, ON1160 - 675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Chapel Lawn 885 - 9715
