Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDON CHMUHALEK It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Donald Chmuhalek on June 23, 2008 at the age of 73. Don is survived by his mother Thelma Chmuhalek, brother Ed (Sharon), Aunt Anna (Morris) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Vaslov Frank Chmuhalek (1963) and brother Frank Chmuhalek (1999). Don was born November 10, 1934 and grew up in the town of Touchwood, Saskatchewan before moving to Clarkleigh, Manitoba and eventually settling in Hadashville, Manitoba in 1961. Don spent his years working on the farm raising cattle and horses. Don was also an active member of the Ophir Masonic Lodge #112. Don's favourite pastimes included taking care of his horses and raising his wild turkeys. He enjoyed driving the scenic countryside in search of wildlife and loved to just spend time with family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2008 at Reynolds Community Club in Prawda.
