Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET PENNER August 27, 1926 June 24, 2008 Margaret Penner of the Eastview Place Personal Care Home of Altona, Manitoba formerly of the Thames District, passed away at the age of 81 years on June 24, 2008. Left to cherish Margaret's memory are her children: Hilda (Charlie) Hildebrand, Bernie (Evelyn) Penner, Edwin (Debbie) Penner, Martha (Larry) Friesen, Edna (Leonard) Wahl, Marlene (Don) Dolski, Judy (Bernie) Friesen, Menno Penner, Shirley (Brad) Oliver and Carol (Rob) Kleyh; 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Cornelius B. Penner in 1990 and one grandson Kevin Charles Hildebrand in 1972. The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. from the Sommerfeld Mennonite Church in Altona, MB with interment to follow in the Rudnerweide Cemetery. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. on Wednesday and Thursday, June 25 and 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday June 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.
