Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAYMOND JOSEPH LATOURELLE Peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, Raymond passed away at St. Boniface General Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Nöella (Leclaire), his daughter, Nicole Koswin (Ron), his son, Roger, two grandchildren, Christopher and Shawn, his brother, Ron (Ardis), nephews Rod and Tim and niece Sue-Anne (Craig) and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Alex, mother Eva (Letourneau), sisters Albina and Therese. Born in Winnipeg on April 25, 1927 he grew up in the heart of the city where his father managed a hotel. He began his career in the print industry at 18 and retired at 64. He married the love of his life in 1959 and they shared a beautiful life for 49 years. His community involvement included introduction of bingo at the parish of Sacré Coeur, Knights of Columbus and the pavilion of France at Folklorama. His time was also spent with the company of many good books, photography, working on the family tree, discussing current affairs and computers. Most of all, Raymond loved his family and he cherished the time he spent with them. He will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff on 5B at St. Boniface Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 135 John Forsyth Road. A private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Raymond's name to CancerCare Manitoba, ON109-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 and St. Amant Foundation, 440 River Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9.
