(TED) THEODORE EDWARD GOLEMBISKI 1920 - 2008 At Victoria Hospital, L.H.S.C., on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, Ted Edward Golembiski in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Barbara, of 27 years. Brother of Frank, Florence, Carol, George and Lucy. Predeceased by Viva (Juniper-Johnson) Golembiski, Irvin and Marg Johnson, Evangeline Phillips and Cecilia Smith. Survived by children Darlene (Rick) Hughson, Dennis (Kelly) Golembiski, Darrell Golembiski, Rick (Marcia) Noxell and Carol Kiley. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Kim, Julie, nurses, doctors and staff of the Critical Care Trauma Unit for taking such great care of Ted through this very trying time for our family. At Ted's request there will be no funeral home visitation or service. A Graveside Service for interment of ashes will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2001 Dundas St. E. (meet at cemetery office), on Monday June 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charlie Seed officiating.
