ELEANOR RUBY WOODS O'DONNELL (nee KEOUGH) Peacefully on June 26, 2008 Eleanor passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 64. She is survived by her son Guy (Melanie), grandchildren Sydney, Jaylene and Braden, cousin Shirley, sister Mildred (Harry), brother Les and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her first husband Donald Woods in 1975 and her second husband Reginald O'Donnell in 1996, and by her parents Laura and Les. Eleanor was born in Winnipeg on November 8, 1943. She had lived in Brandon, Calgary, Toronto, and for the majority of her life Winnipeg. Eleanor worked at Deer Lodge Hospital as an audiology clerk for 28 years retiring in 2006. She had many great friendships from her years at Deer Lodge. She then worked at Nygard at Church and Fife part time for the last few years and again made great friends. Our family would like to thank all the wonderful friends whose love and support made such a difference in her life these past few months. For those friends who took time out from their busy lives to pay her a visit from time to time and especially to those of you who went above and beyond the call of duty by visiting often; we send our deepest heartfelt thanks. We couldn't have done it without you. We would also like to thank the staff at Riverview for the exceptional kindness and care provided for Mom. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 2 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave.
