ANNE CATHERINE EMSLIE On Monday, June 23, 2008, Anne Catherine Emslie (nee Trager) passed away peacefully at the Taché Centre. Anne moved to Taché Centre at the age of 99 and was 102 when she died. She was predeceased by her husband, William (1954) and her daughter, Arlene Danchak (1998); her brothers, John, Frank and Joseph; her sisters, Marie, Theresa and Katharine. Anne is survived by her son, Kenneth William; daughter-in-law Frances; and son-in-law Leonard Danchak; as well as grandchildren, Jane Emslie (Brad), Linda Danchak, William Emslie (Marianne), Glenn Danchak (Colleen), Karen Danchak and John Emslie. A private family service was held on Thursday, June 26 at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Parish. Heartfelt thanks go to the dedicated, professional and caring staff at Taché Centre and to Father Lucien Roy, who officiated at Anne's funeral mass and her interment at Assumption Cemetery.
