VERA VERNA LITKE (nee KUZNITSOFF) With sadness the family announces the passing of Vera on Monday, June 23, 2008. Vera was born May 1, 1934 in Blaine Lake, SK. She spent her childhood on the family farm near Daphne, SK and eventually moved to Beausejour, MB, where she met her husband Arthur. They built a life together and raised three daughters in Winnipeg, MB. Vera leaves to cherish in her memory, husband Arthur of 54 years; children, Deborah Sheedy (Brian), Gail Bartel (Dieter) and Cynthia Reimer (Barry); grandchildren, Adam (Tracy), Angela, Meghan, Chad, Kyle, Nicole and Tamara and great-grandchildren, Austin and Tyler. She was predeceased by her parents John and Grunia Kuznitsoff; brothers, Fred and John Jr. and sister Agnes. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. on Monday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
