MARIE ARLENE VENNELS (nee MCLAUGHLIN) 1928 - 2008 Peacefully on Friday, June 27, 2008 Arlene passed away at Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 79 with her daughter Cathy by her side. She is survived by her daughter Cathy, brothers Bud McLaughlin, Alan McLaughlin, Doug McLaughlin, Bruce McLaughlin and sister Lenore McLaughlin. She also leaves behind her daughter-in-law Rhonda Vennels, grand-daughters Breanne and Caitlin Vennels, and great-grandson Kierin Vennels of Victoria, BC, her cousin Doreen Wallace and lifelong friend Patti Johnstone as well as her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband George Vennels, son Bill Vennels, grandson Courtney Vennels, brother Roy McLaughlin as well as her mother Viola McLaughlin (nee Hawkins) and father Harry McLaughlin. A very heartfelt thanks to the staff, volunteers and residents of Deer Lodge Centre who cared for and befriended mom. Your kindness will be remembered always.
