MARY ANNE STRACK (nee OTTENBREIT) June 22, 1922 - July 2, 2008 It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of our wonderful mother and nanny, Mary on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 86 years. Remaining to forever cherish Mom's memory are her daughters Marilyn and her husband Roland, grandson Kevin and his fiancé Laura; Linda and husband Mike, grandchildren Brad, Chris and Mark; her sister and best friend Frances and her husband Ronald; sister Florence and her companion Gloria; brothers-in-law Joseph, Tom and Gerald; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Albert; infant son Garry; parents Joseph and Christina; as well as many siblings and their families. Mom's caring and soft heartedness was like no other. We will miss you more than words can say. Mom please watch over Kevin and Laura and your soon to be born great-grandchild, which you fought so hard to stay for. We love you and miss you. In compliance with Mom's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A private family gathering will take place in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue at a later date. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. For part of us went with you the day God called you home. Till we meet again Mom Rest in Peace.
