MARCIEN (MIKE) BOURGOUIN It is with great sadness that we the family, announce the unexpected passing of our father, pepère and friend, on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the age of 64 years. Mike will be sadly missed and always remembered by his children and grandchildren, Léo (Teena, Kelsi, Cameron, Lauren), Henri (Michelle, Brooklyn), Abel (Lisa, Josée, Kaleb), Joanne (Eugène Bouchard, André, Nathalie, Solange; his partner Phyllis Kellner (the Bear); siblings Annette (René) Verrier, René (Florence), Claude (Marie-Paule); and sister-in-law Yolande (Marcel Simard); as well as many family members and friends. He was predeceased by his father René, mother Joséphine; brothers Louis, Edmond and Joseph; and sister Rose. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Saint Martyrs Canadiens Roman Catholic Church, 289 Dussault Avenue, with Rev. Fr. Marcel Carrière, presiding. We the family extend our most sincere thanks to all the emergency doctors and staff, with an extra special thank you to the entire Palliative Care Unit at the Riverview Health Centre for their caring and compassion for Marcien and his family.
