Date of Passing: Jul 02, 2008
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADAM NORMAN HUDSON Suddenly and peacefully, in the comfort of his own bed, Adam Norman Hudson passed away on the night of July 2, 2008 at the tender age of 14 months. Adam was gifted with a large and loving family. He was adored by his parents, Jeff and Kelly Hudson. Family members include grandparents, Keith and Ursula Hudson, Gary and Paula Burdey, and Donna Land; aunts, Jillian and Dana Burdey, uncles, Jeff Burdey, Steven Hudson and Tom Zychowski, and cousins, Tyler Burdey and Helena Zychowski. Adam was named after two of his great-grandfathers, Adam Zeaton (deceased) and Norman Hudson. He was blessed with great-grandparents, Guy and Mildred Land, and predeceased by great-grandparents, Peter and Ann Burdey, Jean Zeaton and Mary Hudson. Jeff and Kelly wish to focus on the joys in Adam's life. He was enrolled in Sugar and Spice Daycare, and was adored by the staff and children in that center. The best part of Jeff's day was to pick up his son and see his smiling face toddle towards him, generally tripping on the way. He was a very energetic and wonderfully happy boy, who enjoyed roaming around, climbing and getting into anything he wasn't supposed to. He loved his weekly trips to the grocery store, walking around the produce section throwing fruit. He was a true charmer who put a smile on the face of everyone he met. The void that this has created in the family's life is huge and may never be fully filled. We feel blessed that we were able to spend so much time with Adam, as it was always filled with such joy. The funeral will be held Tuesday, July 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Adam's name to Sugar and Spice Kiddie Haven Inc, 101 Ridgecrest Ave, R2V 4P6, towards construction of an outdoor play structure.
