LORRY JAMES BENDERA June 4, 1950 - June 27, 2008 By Remembering those who were loved and lost, we can keep them alive in our hearts. We are saddened to announce that Lorry James Bendera passed away gracefully at the age of 58 on June 27, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre. He will by lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his two sons; Jessy and James Bendera. He is also survived by his brother Bryan; his sister Barbara and close cousins as well as many special friends. Lorry will be reunited with his predeceased parents, Mike and Anne Bendera. At a young age Lorry James Bendera entered the automotive industry in Winnipeg. Manitoba, soon after he began his international travels. He was well educated, and self employed for many years. He is cherished and remembered for his dedication to his sons as well as the kindness he had shown in helping others. Some of his greatest loves included racing, golfing, tennis and racquetball. The family would like to extend many special thanks to friends and family. Prayers will be said on Thursday, July 10 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, June 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Watt and Munroe.
