HUGHENA MYRTLE ELIZABETH MOLCHAN MCKAY (HUGHIE, BETTY) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Mom and Grannie, Hughena Molchan, on July 6, 2008. She was born March 20, 1935, and raised in St. Andrews, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her father Thomas McKay, July 13, 1959; brother Donald, June 30, 1947; brother Murray, January 20, 1981; her mother Stella McKay, April 21, 1983; husband Nick Molchan, October 30, 1994; sister Dorothy Cartwright, December 29, 1998; brother Hugh, October 2, 2000. Mom's memory will live on through her two children, Nicholas (Dorothy), grandsons Mark and Bret; and Dana, grandsons Shane and Troy. She is also survived by extended family. Thank you to those who showed care and compassion to Mom and our family during Mom's stay at Donwood Manor and the independent living apartments where Mom resided for ten years. Mom will be buried in a private family ceremony at St. Andrews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honour of Mom to St. Andrews on the Red, in care of Randy Pastetnik, 5402 Hwy. #9, St. Andrews, MB, R1A 2Z8.
