Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT EUGENE BOUCHARD September 30, 1959 - April 10, 2004 After a lengthy illness at Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Robert sadly passed away unannounced to his family and friends. Robert was born in Winnipeg and was nicknamed Poochie. He leaves behind his two sisters Sandra McNeill (Murray), Roseanna Bouchard, his two brothers Steven Bouchard and Douglas Bouchard, all of Winnipeg. Poochie was always a Free Spirit, a handsome young man who enjoyed life to the fullest and at full speed. He enjoyed traveling, the ocean and the warm sun. Cremation took place in Fort Lauderdale and he has been brought home to be buried with his mother Marie Noella Bouchard who died in 1970. A service will be held at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. (just past the perimeter) on July 17, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Holy Cross Hospital and Dr. Eric S. Bouchard.

When I was a kid Rob always said I was his little brother and he always stood by me then and protected me no matter what. I lost track of Rob when he moved to Florida, so me, Terry and Lars went to look for him in 1980-81. We drove all the way down there and back from Winnipeg but we never found him.
