PATRICIA (PAT) ANNE SLEZAK (nee EAMAN) May 14, 1933 - July 13,2008 The passing of Patricia (Pat) Anne Slezak at the age of 75 years is announced with great sorrow by her loving family. She left us just after dawn of a beautiful summer day in Winnipeg on Sunday, July 13, 2008. She leaves her daughter Laurie Slezak, husband Steve Slezak, half-sister Marcia Fraser, and half-brother Greg Hilderman to mourn her. She was predeceased by her mother Florence Hilderman (nee Eaman) and her sister Judith Hilderman. Patricia was a dispatcher for the Winnipeg Police Force from 1972 until her retirement in 1986. Prior to joining the Police Force, Pat worked with Moores Business Forms in Winnipeg Visitation will be held Thursday, July 17, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. Interment will occur Friday, July 18, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory to either the Grace Hospital Foundation or the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter would be appreciated.
