GLADYS PHAIR (LEGARY) (nee HUNTER) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother on Sunday, July 13, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 76 years. Mum is lovingly remembered by her husband of 11 years, Elgin Phair, her children Janice (Arthur) Lee, Edrie (Andy) Burgess, Nancy (Steve) Sawatzky, Marj Legary-Gunia, Marlene DeCosse, Lorna (Lionel) Marion, and Harvey (Tara) Legary, and two step children, Greg (Leanne) Phair, Lyle (Anne) Phair. Her grandchildren , Jennifer Lee, Chelsea, Mikala and Brittany Burgess, Derek and Pamela Sawatzky, Courtney Gunia, Dawn and Greg DeCosse, Marissa Robitaille, Michelle, Karly and Ryan Marion, Hailey Legary, Mike, Sara and Cody Phair, and Miranda and Madison Phair. She will also be greatly missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Mum was predeceased by her first husband Ian Legary, sister Loretta Henderson and granddaughter Courtney Phair. Mum was a loving wife, mother and grand mother who loved the three B's , Bingo , Bowling and Baking . She will also be remembered for her quirky sense of humor and her uncanny ability to remember EVERYONE's birthday. Funeral service will be held at the Pilot Mound United Church, Pilot Mound, MB on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
