ALETA (LEE) JANZ February 26, 1927 July 17, 2008 Peacefully, on July 17, 2008, Lee passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Lee was predeceased by her husband Howie. She leaves to mourn her sons Wayne (Barb) and Danny; grandchildren Dale, Kristy (Greg), Steve and David; and greatgrandchild, Liam. She also leaves to mourn her passing her sister Frances Collinson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many many friends. The greatest joy in Lee's life were her two sons. She loved to watch her sons compete in a variety of different sports. Lee could always be found at the local bingo hall and loved her VLT's. She was proud to have lived in the St. James Community all her life and was a regular at several venues. Lee embarked on a second journey later in life by marrying Casey who predeceased her earlier this year. Lee bravely fought with all her strength and heart until the very end in her difficult battle with cancer. Her sprit will live on in Wayne and Danny. In compliance with Lee's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held and a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
