ARCADE VERMETTE Arcade Vermette, aged 89 years, of St. Jean Baptiste, beloved husband of Therese (nee Tellier), passed away on Friday, July 18, 2008 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. Besides his wife, he leaves to mourn his passing his children, Gerald, Gisele and Merv Elchuk, Henriette and Larry Allard, and Normand; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Polydor and Ada, brother George, daughter Dianne, and grandson Philippe Allard. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 23 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
