BRAD BAXTER 1974 - 2007 A letter for you.. Brad, if we could write a letter we would put the words like this, your comfort and encouragement is truly what we miss. The picture frames, the empty yard, the smell of roses for no reason. We then realize you're visiting because it's not the flower season. Please listen for we miss you here, we hope that you won't stray, as a year has gone by but we have so much more to say. Babes if I could write a letter, I would write it for your dad. I would dry up all your tears and say that it's okay to be so sad. So, Codey is getting older, his dirt bike is all the fad and we know he misses midnight rides on trails with his dad. Travis, has your hands, give him paper and some space, an eraser and a pencil and he could replicate your face. Jade is still your princess with her dresses and her shoes. She has one missing tooth and another one to lose. April is our nurse, all of three feet tall, but this is not her obstacle for she takes care of us all. Our children have your character, smiles and big blue eyes. I know you're sitting near us when they hug me as I cry. As our letter is coming to an end, there is so much more we would like to send. Blue eyes laughing in the rain. Tearful memories speak your name. So we will do the things that you did and we will say the things that you said. We'll tell you all of our dreams at night as we are lying in bed. We'll love the things that you loved and smile at things that made you smile because we know you're not gone.... you're just borrowed for a while. Daddy, soar on the wings of an Angel You are our hero. Love Tannis, Codey, Travis, April and Jade XOXOXO
