WILLIAM (BILL) GEORGE JARDINE 1947 - 2008 Peacefully on Monday, July 21, 2008 Bill passed away at the age of 61, with his loving family by his side. Bill was born and raised in Winnipeg where he worked in the trucking industry for 40 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and the simple life, which is why his home in Matlock, MB was so special to him. Annual hunting trips offered Bill great pleasure, more so, being in the wilderness with the camaraderie of good friends. Bill is survived by his loving and devoted partner, Beth, sons Mark and Allan, their mother Marg, daughter-in-law Jewel and grandson Connor, sister Carol, and many nieces and nephews. Bill is predeceased by his mother, Jean, and father, George. Bill will be remembered for his sense of humour, giving soul, and unwavering devotion to his sons. A memorial service will be held at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave (entrance on Aubrey St.) on Friday, July 25 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba, P.O. Dear Allan (Jewel and Connor) and Mark, Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to both you and your families. You have had the blessing of creating some great memories with your Dad that will be with you forever. His love and admiration for you was always so noticable (even when we were just kids). It was a nice surprise to see Uncle Bill last September (cracking jokes even then). We will miss him dearly.
