PHYLLIS RUGG 1919 - 2008 Peacefully on Sunday, July 27, 2008, Phyllis passed away at the Charleswood Care Centre. She is survived by son Chesney; daughter Gayle (Bill) Sproat; grandchildren, Jim, Jeff, Daniel, Kimberly and Margaret; and four great-grandchildren. Interment to be announced at a later date.
